Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the in-store purchase date or the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking. Returns beyond 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return: customized/special items, enterprise-level products, high-value orders (over $5000), batteries, and DJI Care Refresh codes.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer. Please mail the item to:

Refund Details

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and inform you of the approval status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds
If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if the order falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., customized products), a 15% restocking or cancellation fee will apply.

Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, email us at info@scrubmarter.com.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@scrubmarter.com and mail your item to the address above.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate will be mailed to you after the return is processed.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
