ScrubMarter provides fast and efficient worldwide delivery services. We offer free shipping as well as economical airmail options (7–30 days) through carriers such as USPS, Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post, Swiss Post, China Post, and other fast logistics providers.

Supported Shipping Methods
We provide a variety of shipping methods to meet different needs:

  • Express shipping via DHL, UPS, and FedEx

  • EMS (slightly longer transit times)

  • Economical Air Mail (10–40 days) through Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post, Swiss Post, China Post, and others

You may select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Express delivery: Up to 7 business days

  • Air Mail: Up to 40 business days

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that transit times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary based on origin, destination, peak seasons, weekends, and holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, address errors, holidays, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
To estimate shipping fees:

  1. Add items to your cart

  2. Enter your country and zip code

  3. The system will automatically calculate shipping costs

Customs Clearance & Import Duties
ScrubMarter does not charge taxes, VAT, or hidden fees. The amount shown at checkout (product subtotal + shipping cost) is the total you pay. However, recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid directly to the government or courier upon delivery.
ScrubMarter is not responsible for customs delays or charges, as these are beyond our control.

Customs Detention
If goods are detained by customs:

  • If destroyed by customs, the buyer and seller will share the loss equally.

  • If returned to us, we will contact you to discuss reshipment or a refund via PayPal.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

  • We currently cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Providing such addresses may delay shipment.

Q: Do you offer free shipping for large orders?
